statement
I have accumulated objects and images rooted from memories of family vacations, including domestic objects as well as sleeping bags, mirrors, and fish. These still lifes are set up in a way which suggests that they are occupied yet are absent of the figure. I view my body of work as a quiet series of reflections: transience, movement, and displacement. These objects become metaphors for time, memory, and personal search.
