statement
After graduated in Paris from a master in cinema & media production, I decided to live one year in New York in 2007. Back in Paris, I first started photography as a still photographer on a movie set for indie productions. Since 2008, I have dedicated my artistic research to urban landscapes. I am particularly interested in relationships between individuals and architecture. I photograph public areas bare of any human presence. I adopt a frontal perspective and highlights quasi-perfect symmetry. These places then become unusual and captivating sociologically as well as aesthetic.
I am influenced by cinematography and classical painting.
