statement
These images are part of a series exploring the artistís domestic space. Floor sweepings represent an area of the house at time of collection; the minutia of debris constructs a metaphorical portrait of the inhabitants and creates an archive of the space. The magnified scale of the work enables close examination of the materials; while at the same time, the alteration transforms them.
