statement
My work primarily explores consumerist culture through modes of accumulation, hoarding, and collecting. I use drawing as a form of documentation; cataloguing and archiving my life through detailed images of memories, events, and objects. In my most recent body of work, In Ruins, I illustrate imaginary piles of rubble, apocalyptic in nature, symbolizing the debris left after natural and man-made disasters.
