statement
My work is a statement on contemporary American culture. I use painting sculpture and film to portray a variety of social issues from corporate greed to discrimination, which fall under the umbrella of the grotesque in our society. These concepts and characters exist within an imagined reality called Mohawk Blvd where they interact with each other in dysfunctional bliss.
