statement

I seek to fully experience the beauty of nature ˜specifically a body ˜ through the process of deliberately noticing and re-presenting it. I am fascinated by this shift from perception to creation and I want to be unapologetically real about the imperfect beauty of the human form. Something normally un-noticed can become extraordinary in paint and it is this experience that inspires me as an artist.
