statement

My work explores issues of memory, time and the effects of both on one's being through multiple mediums. With each piece, I attempt to capture my own life experiences as well as the experiences of others to create works that engage the memories and a sense of nostalgia of the viewer. My work is an attempt to capture these experiences, be they a single, fleeting moment or an extended happening over time, and convey each to the viewer in such a way that the viewer can translate and relate to the piece based on his or her own experiences.
